    I created this company keeping my own family in mind. In having children with mental health, I have seen how they have been treated different to other children. The isolation not just from other kids but also the parents who don’t understand why my child acts or says things a bit different. Now as they grow into young adults their needs change, as does their way of life.

    Creating On Track Care became a personal thing for myself, I wanted to create care that touched people by providing carers that they could relate too.

    Not everyone wants to attend bowling, or have a carer who presents how society would expect.

    I like to have carers that have experienced life and fit in with the participant lifestyle.

    I am trying to create a future by providing people with the tools and assisting them to create a life they desire.

    To be seen and heard just like you or I.

    I will personally meet with you to see how we can assist you, this is at no cost to you or your plan. Our goal as a company is to make your life as easy as possible and allow you to design your care needs as required.

    If you have a question and we don't know the answer, I will find it.

    If we don't provide a service that you need, I will assist in finding a provider that does, and if you use our services and it's not the right fit for you, then I will assist in finding another provider of your choice.

    We are here to assist with your life choices and goals.

    Our Carers

    Our support workers are not just workers to us, they are our family, we all work together as a team.

    All of our carers are kind, compassionate and respectful of religion. Our carers have completed the NDIS certificate, ABN's, insurance and blue, yellow cards/ NDIS screening.

    DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE

    Our support workers can assist you with the cleaning, hanging out the laundry, washing up or maybe you want to spring clean. No job too hard for our lovely team.

    PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

    Do you struggle with the day to day life of showering, brushing your hair or getting dressed? If you answered yes, that's ok as our team will assist you with what you need.

    COMMUNITY ACCESS

    Would you like to visit that friend that you couldn't get too, maybe go shopping, or you just need to pay those dreaded bills, our support workers can take you out in their car or yours.

    2019 saw the first for the disability riding classes in the Agricultural shows, with a little effort and williness these classes now run successful in the main arena along side everyone else. On Track Care is about giving back to the community and showing everyday people just how much time and effort these riders take to compete and deserve their place in the open ring. These classes are sponsored and created by On Track Care.
